Our Process

After initial contact, if interest is shown, a call between the sales committee and prospective client will occur to discuss the clients goals and elaborate on Scope’s potential contributions. Should a relationship form the following would ensue:

Contract between parties is signed and team contacts the client to develop project objectives.

Team Selection

Team of 4-5 consultants and a project manager, who will be the liaison between team, and client are assigned.

Initiation

Consultants identify solutions and make progress while continuing meetings for client input.

Planning

Implementation

Team plans integration of the project into the client’s business. The team presents a final presentation outlining all of the work over the semester to the client.

Team creates timeline and sketch of deliverables based on client meeting.
