The team’s deliverables involve customizing LLM (Large Language Model) scripts to generate on-demand deliverables, such as sales brochures and S.W.O.T. analyses for property transactions.

Anu is a sustainable Ag-Tech startup founded by Purdue Alum. The team supported Anu’s go-to-market strategy by identifying high-potential verticals and developing financial models to assess feasibility. Key deliverables included a dynamic DCF tool, market sizing estimates exceeding $4B in opportunity, and strategic recommendations for client partnerships.

GrubMarket is an online marketplace connecting consumers with fresh, local food producers. The company recently developed Virtual Data Room (VDR) platform and sought a go-to-market strategy for its launch. The team conducted a competitive landscape assessment, pricing strategy analysis, and customer segmentation. Final deliverables included a comprehensive GTM strategy, detailed pricing models tailored to specific verticals and strategic recommendations such as potential partnerships and satellite branding opportunities.

The team designed a smart bank reconciliation solution combining rule-based logic, natural language processing, and machine learning. The tool significantly reduces manual effort and improves data quality. Deliverables included a technical implementation guide and a MVP of the algorithm itself.

Limited Hype is a sneaker and streetwear resale shop based in Kittery, Maine, offering a storefront for collectors and casual buyers alike. The supported the business with a financial analysis and customer data dashboard to inform operational and marketing decisions. Key deliverables included a breakeven analysis, employee cost simulations, and a Power BI dashboard organizing customer trends and expenses.

The team developed an AI-powered predictive model and user interface to automate inventory planning based on historical sales, weather, and product trends. Key deliverables included a custom AI model, a dynamic dashboard, and a full production schedule generator.
Digby’s Pub & Patio
Digby’s is a pub-style restaurant in Lafayette known for its American cuisine. The team was tasked with developing a marketing strategy to attract a younger customer base, particularly Purdue students. Key deliverables included a targeted outreach plan using Meta’s advertising API, a guide for local engagement through initiatives like farmers markets, and a curated contact list of campus organizations and Greek life chapters to support long-term relationship building.
